Receive, sort and pack household goods at “The Nest”
Receive, inventory, and stock furniture at “The Nest”
Pick-ups. Join a group of able bodied furniture movers that pick up donated furniture several times a month.
Host a Drop-off Drive. Does your business, place of worship or school want to be involved in a “BIGGER” way? Set a date to have your people bring gently used furniture and household goods to your location, load your truck and bring items to “The Nest”
Clean and repair donated items at “The Nest”- Work on “not so gently used” furniture, put a leg on, add a handle, clean, polish or recover a chair seat.
Breathe new life into an old piece by “adopting” a piece of furniture, with a little paint and imagination, turning into an art piece to be loved again.
Pulling for requests at “The Nest” – From the family’s needs list, you make selections from our inventory to be delivered to the families.
Lead a Renesting team -These teams set up and decorate the family’s new home.
Deliveries – deliver furniture and boxes of household goods to families
Public Relations – write and distribute Press Releases, promote public education as it relates to Renesting
File, return calls, schedule pickups and deliveries, etc.
